Every piece is made to order in our Tuscany atelier, not pulled from a warehouse shelf — which is the same reason it takes a little longer to reach you, and why it's worth the wait.

Processing

Allow up to 5 business days for your piece to be prepared before it ships. Personalized items are engraved by hand during this window.

Shipping

Complimentary shipping is included on every order. We ship worldwide from Italy; transit time varies by destination and will be confirmed at checkout.

Tracking

You'll receive tracking information by email as soon as your order leaves the atelier. You can also check your order status any time on our Track Order page.
