What we look for

Every product in the shop is picked, not just listed. We check real construction quality, real customer feedback, and whether something actually solves a problem you have — a coat that keeps the rain off, a carrier that's actually airline-sized, a slow feeder that stops the gulping. If it doesn't hold up, it doesn't stay in the catalog.

Honest pricing

We price fairly above our cost so we can stand behind returns, real customer support, and keep restocking the things that work. No inflated "luxury" markup, no race-to-the-bottom junk either.
