We want every piece to fit right, on the first try and every one after.

Standard Items

Unworn, unused pieces in their original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

Personalized Items

Anything engraved with an initial is made specifically for you and your dog, so personalized pieces are not eligible for refund — only for a size exchange, provided the piece is unworn.

Sale Items

Items marked as final sale or sold as part of a limited run are not eligible for refund or exchange. This will always be noted clearly on the product page before you order.
